After changing the pad, the printers internal waste ink pad counter will need to be electronically reset using third party software such as the Epson Adjustment Program or the WIC Waste Ink Counter reset program available from us directly using the drop down above and the software is available here: WIC (Waste Ink Counter)
The program is free to download however the purchase of a serial key (via the drop down) is required to reset the electronic waste counter.

Important Information:
The WIC Reset can only be run using a Windows computer with an internet connection, no Mac solution is currently available. The printer must be connected to the computer via USB and have access to the internet. The program does not support printers only on network connections. Instructions on how to run the software on your windows computer will be emailed.
