Purchases through our eBay channel are covered by our 90 Day Door to DoorReturn to Seller Warranty against any manufacture defects. If a manufacture defect is found within 90 Days after the date of purchase, simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) collected and repaired.A Return Authorisation is strictly required before the item may be returned to us for repair. Items will be returned to Melbourne for repair and sent back to you once repair is complete. Notes: If accidental damage is found during repair, the entire repair cost plus two way postage will have to be paid by the customer before the product is returned.

f you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 7 days in original packaging in brand new and resalable condition. You will be required to contact us for a return authorization form before sending anything back to us. This does not cover "Change of mind Return.

Shipping
