If a manufacture defect is found within 90 Days after the date of purchase, simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to get your item(s) collected and repaired. A Return Authorisation is strictly required before the item may be returned to us for repair. Items will be returned to Melbourne for repair and sent back to you once repair is complete.
